I believe we come into this world as spirits having a human experience. We come to experience various ranges of emotions and experiences. Learning to deal with addiction, betrayal, criticism, depression etc. are part of this human experience. So are experiencing artistic expression, bliss, celebration and delicious food (like maybe molten chocolate cake?).

Why can some bounce back easily while others cannot? What does a “bouncer-backer” have that the “stayer-downer” doesn’t?

Without introspection and challenging your beliefs, nothing will change.

Change involves becoming not you, and your mind and ego has a vested interest in not changing because change means danger, and so it is trying to protect you.

SO to change means overcoming your mind’s innate desire to help you NOT change and then going through the process of discovering how to change.

This means going through the 3 D empowerment formula of Desire, Discover, and DO (TM).

But there is ONE thing that will allow you to be successful in applying this formula.

That ONE thing is the belief that you CAN change.

If you believe you can, you can. If you believe you can’t, you can’t and you won’t even be able or interested in applying the 3D empowerment formula.

So the root to changing is to believe you can.
