Sometimes, the best way to deal with an emotional crisis is to allow yourself to be vulnerable and open up and ask for help or support, especially if you’re a man and have been brought up to always be strong and avoid showing any vulnerability or weakness.

It releases the negative inner conversation and it frees you.
