July 4th Independence Day – Become Independent Of Your Stress, Fear, Low Self Esteem

In the United States of America, July 4th Commemorates Independence day – it marks becoming a sovereign nation. Gaining independence from historical control by an external force.

We also, individually, seek independence from historical control by external forces.
We seek independence from our our stress, our fears, our low self esteem , our unexpressed pain which shows up as anxiety, depression, low self confidence and addiction so we don’t feel or deal with our historical emotional pain.

These are all things that are holding us back and controlling our ability to be happy, to enjoy our lives fully and completely.

But are those external forces or internal forces ?

They’re both

External forces are your history – your family upbringing, your culture, religion and education which created your beliefs about yourself and your world

The internal forces are how you learned to survive and react to your history as a child– your family upbringing, your culture, religion and education.

This is your childhood conditioning and programming. This has created your personality or who you were programmed to be and who learned to react automatically so that you could be safe in childhood and avoid pain or being punished. and this personality is what runs your life every moment.
